Any wording just for the sake of the post

Note –

1. any styling / hyperlinks are lost, as html is not allowed in Facebook. When I tried entering a poem all the lines were run together.
2. updates / corrections to a post will not be reflected in Facebook.
3. I’m saying post, but I’ve got the plugin set for new pages too – but a quick tick in a box in the WP publish box allows the page or post not to be displayed in Facebook
4. there’s something in the plugin FAQs about getting existing posts onto Facebook – I need to study this and work out if a new Facebook post can appear if there are sig changes
