Seeing who registered the death of the Ann dying in 1842 might well show whether or not it was this Ann. But I have no plans to buy the death certificate at present - if the price drops or they become viewable on a website then I will take a look ...

Father William BAILEY, b. Abt 1802, Kingsteignton, Devon, England , d. 29 Oct 1874, Nutley Chapel, Whitchurch, Devon, England (Age ~ 72 years) Mother Elizabeth VOGWELL, b. Abt 1805, Whitchurch, Devon, England , d. 4 Jan 1880, Whitchurch, Devon, England (Age ~ 75 years) Married 1 Apr 1825 Walkhampton Church, Walkhampton, Devon, England - From the DFHS index of PR entries: shows William Bealey mar Elizabeth Vogwill (I haven't yet seen actual entry)
Whitchurch is about 28 miles from Kingsteignton, and only about half a miles less from Teigngrace. So how did William from the Kingsteignton / Teigngrace area meet Elizabeth from the Whitchurch area?
William's older sister Jane had got married in 1816 to one Henry Vogwell; Henry was the uncle of William's bride so I guess it was through his sister Jane that William met Elizabeth.
But of course this then creates the question: how had Jane from the Kingsteignton / Teigngrace area met Henry from the Whitchurch area?
