(It does not seem to be on modern maps, and the only reference I can find to Front Wall is on someone else's tree, also for people in the 1861 census) Adajacent entries to the Broadbridge family were shown as "on the wall". I guess the houses were on an embankment wall built alongside Milton Creek.

I thought there might be an inherited (genetic) disorder, affecting just boys, but having seen the death registration entries for three the causes given do not suggest this.
