  Notes	(Research):Did Annie marry John Dow or Thomas Hill? Looking for an Annie b c 1855 Bristol married to a Thomas Hill or a John Dow in the 1881 census found both! The other woman on the page was a Mary Ann - only seen a good candidate for a Mary Ann married to a Thomas Hill in 1881, plus found a better dth match for a Annie M Dow, so I think it most likely Annie married John Dow. ** Probably strongest evidence: there is only one marriage of a John Dow indexed with an Annie on the same page, 1870 - 1881. Quite a lot of Thomas Hills with an Annie on the same page.  Would be good to see 1911 census for better evidence.
