    • Plymouth Borough records show that in 1808 John was amongst various inhabitants who signed a certificate asserting that William Lee was a fit man to keep a victualling house.

      I think that Philip born about 1782 in Frogmore was probably also a child of this marriage, otherwise a son of William's brother John (but with other children baptised Mar 1781 and Sep 1783 there was less of a gap to squeeze another in).
