      Checking the marriage registration index 1837 (qtr 3) to 1880 there were no other Milway / Snelling marriages so it is highly probable that any children with these surnames were the offspring of Charles and Mary Ann.
      Looked on GRO online index for births with surname Milway (exact) and mother's maiden name Snelling (exact), 1850-80 (searched on 15 Nov 2016)
