(also in old style register) I think this is definitely this Sophia as there aren't likely to have been two Sophia Friends with father's called Jeremiah b c.1815 (i.e. age and father as given at marriage to William Goatham) and further evidence, she died as Sophia Goatham, back in Horsmonden, some distance from where other Goathams were living.

  	At the time of her death, according to the burial register, although she had been with her husband and baby in Sheerness at the time of the census (June 1841). Perhaps she had gone to stay with relations when sick.

  	From burial register; abode shown as 'Horsmonden' not Sheerness, so probably returned to be cared for by her mother in her ill health. Horsmonden is over 30 miles from Sheerness, so it is unlikely she would have been buried there if she had died in Sheerness. No death registration found (not in GRO index - transcribed on FreeBMD or on the GRO online index; not in the index of the local index on the KCC website, checked 25 Apr 2020 (not yet complete); probably died in Horsmonden but no deaths of a Sophia registered in Cranbrook RD in q4 1841)
