Burials were concentrated into war grave cemeteries where the War Graves Commission could ensure proper commemoration.
The CWGC website page about the Flesquieres Hill British Cemetery lists the cemeteries from which men were reburied there. The burial return with Ralph's details has on it Ribecourt, which suggested it could have been there, but the page records 16 reburials, whereas the Flesquieres Hill mentions only 3 British men being reburied from Ribecourt Churchyard.
