As well as the two children baptised in Margate in 1814 and 1815, there are three children which I think are probably the children of this William and Ann. However, there were quite a number of Spain families in the area and both William and Ann are of course very common Christian names. It is far from impossible there was another William and Ann Spain; I have had quite a quick look for such another couple and not noticed one, and it would be a bit of a coincidence if there was such a couple if there children fitted so neatly following those of this William and Ann.
In addition, I cannnot find this William and Ann in the 1841 census in Margate, or burials of them prior to this date. (If they lived to a good age they may well have been buried in a cemetery and not be in a PR, or be beyond the online coverage).
More research to be done on this family.

The will of Robert Goatham (1765 - 1847)
Robert was the uncle of Ann, and he named her as one of his beneficiaries. I can't imagine he had a lot to leave; in 1821 he had appealed for aid to Trinity House.
