Alice Gustham had been charged with stealing at Meavy, on the 14th Decr., several handkerchiefs, gloves, caps, brush, &c., from Mr. Philip Thomas Rundle, in whose house it appeared she had been servant. The prosecutor and his witnesses did not appear, and therefore forfeited their recognisances; the prisoner being acquitted by direction of the court.
