Gender Female Occupation 1871 Stokenham, Devon, England Domestic - Living with parents, occupation just shown as "domestic", not "domestic servant" - I suspect this meant domestic chores at home. Both siblings were still at school and both her elderly grandmothers were living with the family so there was no doubt plenty to do.
Bequest 1884 A third of £50 - Her great uncle Thomas Efford Issell directed that following his wife's death Florence and her siblings were to receive £50 to be shared between them. Although Thomas died in 1874 his wife didn't die until 1884; there were 3 siblings in total to share the £50.
"And from and after her decease I give and bequeath unto the Children of my Nephew Thomas Issell of Stokenham aforesaid the sum of Fifty pounds to be equally divided between them and I charge my freehold premises hereinafter devised to my Niece Kezia Pike of Torcross aforesaid with the payment of the same"

Details from PR entry (image on FMP, viewed 10 Sep 2020)Florence's 1st cousin Louisa Jane PITTS was a witness; although she lived in Stoke Fleming she was close to Florence in age which might have encouraged a friendship, although the cousins lived a few miles apart. She was also related to James (2nd cousin once removed) and probably knew him also as both lived in Stoke Fleming. Had she introduced the couple to each other?
Wedding Anniversary 29 May 1924 Stoke Fleming, Devon, England Golden - This Anniversary is noted in Auntie Ivy's date book but I have not found evidence of any celebration, or of any photo. Have not (yet) looked in local papers.
However, according to marriage certificate it would have bee 29 April 1924!
