Although age given as 72 when evidence suggests she was b 1782 I think the burial is probably this Mary. Getting the dth cert should confirm.

Notes - (Research):Looking for the parents of Mary it looked at first fairly clear. Thomas and Mary Clark had a dau Mary Ann bapt 1775 in Margate.
Charles appears to have been born about 1775. Two deaths of Mary Griggs which could be this one - one b c 1775, other c 1780
But I noticed in marriages a Mary Anne Clarke marr in 1814 which could well be the one ba Margate 1775 (marr a widower Robert Gilbert b c 1773, didn't have children, sister had marr a Wm Gilbert in 1812).
"My" Mary had last child 1823 - aged 48, if born 1775. Could be, but 43 would be more likely.
Clincher: I found Mary and Charles in the 1851 census (in Minster Union Workhouse): Mary's age given as 69, place of birth St. Peters. So detached Thomas and Mary, looked at St. Peters registers - found bap of a Mary in 1782, dau of - Thomas and Mary! Clearly the St Peters Thomas and Mary were a different couple to the Margate Thomas and Mary, though. While the Margate baptisms were mostly in odd years and the St. Peters ones in even years, both registers give dob and some gaps were less than 9 months! I suspect the 2 may be related - the Thomases may have been cousins?

The surname Clark is inconveniently common, but there seems to be only one Mary who fits well as my ancestor. It is clear that at the time their were 2 Thomas and Mary Clark(e)s having children on Thanet. They appear to separate neatly, though, into one where the baptisms were at St. John's, and another where after 2 children baptised at St. Laurence's the others were baptised at St. Peter's. Mary is part of this latter family. The marriage of one Thomas and Mary was too late for them to be the parents of the St. John's family, but nearly 6 months before the first child of the other family was born, a very likely gap.
I am therefore confident that (provided I haven't missed a Mary and the one baptised in 1782 is my ancestor) then so are this Thomas and Mary.
