I think this can only be this Henrietta, but need to try to find her in the 1891 census.
Residence 1901 43, Medway Road, Gillingham, Kent, England - With her parents and her son, strangely recorded as 'Victor'

Also now a 'feather dresser', rather than a milliner, and working for herself.

Died the same quarter as her husband.
Details including place of death from death registration (image of GRO register entry). The place of death is actually recorded as '42 Magpie Hall Road Chatham UD'; this had been the address of the Medway Union Workhouse, but by 1938 it was the County Hospital, later renamed All Saints' Hospital. The informant was 'R. Robins' in her capacity of 'causing the body to be buried'. The address suggests this was Rosina ROBINS, the only R ROBINS at the address at the time of the 1939 register, c. 18 months after Henrietta's death, a married woman living there with 2 daughters. Perhaps she was a friend of Henrietta, though Rosina was seven years younger than Henrietta's son. Henrietta's husband died just 3 weeks later, and with senility as one of the causes; it is easy to imagine he would not have been able to cope with making the arrangements - if he even understood what was happening. But it does seem strange the informant appears not to have been a relation.
However, Henrietta's only son lived in Scotland, her siblings had all died many years before and only two siblngs, her brothers Ashely and Arthur, had descendants living. Ashley had married and died in South Africa and most of his descendants were there; Arthur and his (bigamous) wife had died when their children were young and the latter were put in a children's home by an aunt, who changed their surname from Goatham to their mother's maiden name. Was the aunt Henrietta, seeking to avoid responsibility for them? If so it is easy to understand why they would not have been involved. (Arthur had had one daughter with his true wife, but the daughter had gone with her mother when her parents parted company). One of her brother Ashley's grandsons had moved to England, and was living not too far away in Sittingbourne, and he was the informant for Henrietta's husband's death, but perhaps he did not hear in time of his great aunt's death to be involved.

Family 1 James MCGEORGE, b. Abt Jan 1851, Woolwich, Kent, England , d. Dec Q 1929, 11, Hilda Road, Chatham, Kent, England (Age ~ 77 years) Married? Not married or evidence to suggest they didn't marry Notes - I'm not sure that there was a relationship between James and Henrietta, other than that she was his housekeeper, but it seems likely.
When Henrietta's son married in 1919 he did so in Scotland where the marriage registration forms have a space for mother's name and surname. Her name was given as 'Henrietta Goatham was McGeorge'. Did William give his mother's name like this because she was living as though Mrs McGeorge, but being himself a Goatham he switched the current and 'was' names around to hide his illegitimacy? Or did the name simply occur to him because he knew his mother's employer was a James McGeorge?
Further evidence of a relationship is that in the same house as James McGeorge and Henrietta at the the time of the 1911 census was Henry Pearce, who Henrietta was later to marry. Surely it cannot have been chance that it was only after James' death, and just a few months after, that Henrietta and 'Henry' married, after knowing each other for at least 19 years. The most likely explanation for them not marrying earlier is surely that there was a relationship between Henrietta and James.

Family 2 William Richard BELL, b. 21 Mar 1865, Sheppey Reg Dist, Sheppey, Kent, England , d. Dec Q 1942, Chatham Reg Dist, Kent, England (Age 76 years) Married Abt 1886 - Given that Henrietta's son William was registered as a BELL when he was born I guess that she was in a relationship with a Mr Bell at the time, but there appears to have been no marriage, and by the time William was 3, when the 1891 census took place, Henrietta and William were back living with her parents.
When he married William gave his father's name as John Henry GOATHAM. Those who were illegitimate often seem to have made up names to hide their illigetimacy, but were John Henry the Christian names of his real father?
No, buying a copy of William's birth registration shows is father was William Richard BELL, and this cannot have been a husband invented by Henrietta for decency's sake as it was William Richard who registered his son's birth.
