Residence 1861 Chartham Hatch, Kent, England - Just with husband in Chartham Hatch at the time of the 1861 census.
Died 10 Feb 1865 Chartham, Kent, England Cause: Dropsy - Found John in 1871, a widower.
GRO ref: ANDREWS, Caroline q1 1865 Bridge RD 2a 430 (Hackington is in Bridge RD); GRO online index shows age as 62
Details from image of GRO register entry. The informant was her daughter Eliza Tyler.
Although Caroline was buried in Hackington, it is quite likely she and John were still living in Chartham Hatch (as at the time of the 1861 census). With 3 sons already buried at Hackington, it would not be surprising if Caroline was taken the 5 miles back to the village to be buried. Her death cert. just shows Chartham, but this is the parish Chartham Hatch was in, so is consistent with her still being there.
Buried 16 Feb 1865 St. Stephen’s Church, Hackington, Kent, England - From PR entry (image on FMP, viewed 21 Jun 2019)
