      Short entry:
"'July 10. Joseph Cudlipp & Mary Coram."
Hardwick entry shows Joseph signed, Mary made her mark
Witnesses Walter Cole and Nichs: Sargent both signed.
(FMP appeard not to have indexed the Hardwick register, the marriage is can be browsed for on the FMP website - image 21 of register, DHC ref: 482A/PR/1/18)
(it seems safe to assume that it was the marriage of this Joseph, as later in 1761, i.e. after Jospeh's death early that year, the same Mary remarried)

Unfortunately the banns and marriage entry in Tavistock PRs does not give the marital status of either of the couple.
The banns entry in Buckland Monachorum, John's parish, has not been seen and may give this.
However, it seems safe to assume it was Mary, Joseph's widow, since the mark she made in the register for both marriage is similar, and an unsusual shape.
As well as a register with the Hardwicke entry, Tavistock continued with  a register with a short entry:
"[Novr:] 17. John Wilcock & Mary Cudlipp."
The Harwicke entry, a joint banns and marriage one, starts:
"Banns ... Jno: Willcock of Buckland Monachoram & Mary Cudlipp of this Town were ..."
John signed, Mary made her mark, and the witneses were Walter Cole and Nichs: Sargent
