I can't find a birth registration of a Charles William Henry, or these names / initials in another order.
The birth of a Charles William C Tyler was registered in Headington RD in Dec Q 1900; the dob could have been recorded one year out due to the usual calculating year of birth from age but forgetting to allow for not having had birthday in the current year error. Was C an error for H? - the GRO online index shows it was not, the third forename shown there is Caporn.
