Catherine, d. Jul 1757, Thurlestone, Devon, England (2 x Great Grandmother)Notes - Aeneas was a tailor in Westbury in Trym by 1841, probably by about 1829 when William was born, the first of his children to be born in Gloucestershire rather than Devon.
With the family in 1841 were 2 other tailors abt 25 yr old William Stone and 20 yr old Henry Stone, also not born in Glos. As Stone is a fairly common South Hams name they were quite likely friends or relations from Devon.
By 1851 Aeneas was a widower, now a draper as well as a tailor he had his son Alfred working as a tailor with him, and also living him was his 14 year old son John who worked as a [Haulier?]
Next door was oldest son Henry with his own family. He was also a tailor and draper (with his father?), and Henry's son's wife was a dress maker.
