This entry does not show a middle name; there was the death of a Thomas Henry whose death was registered in St Thomas RD (Exeter) in 1902 but the age was some years different (46 i.e. 12 years older than shown in the 1901 census) and would mean that Muriel would be illegitimate, so the 1910 death seems much more likely.
Checking births, there was a Thomas Henry born in St. Thomas RD who was likely to be the one who died there - but no Thomas Henry born in the Stonehouse area of an age as shown in 1901 (not was there a Henry Thomas)!
