    • Hannah and Williams' parents were adjacent entries in the 1851 census
      Living in Slapton with her husband and 2 children and a visitor (Stokenham born tailor Robert Pike, aged 24) at the time of the 1851 census, still in Slapton in 1861.
      In Paignton (Chapel St.) by the time of the 1871 census.
      At no.10 Chapel St. in 1881c - with husband, dau Hannah Theresa and sons Hiram, Richard and James. Also a g'dau Ellen (age 6, b Paignton)
      Still in Chapel St. but now no. 13 (moved or renumbered?) in 1891 - just 3 rooms but only husband and one child, Hannah T, now present with her.

      Five of Hannah and William's seven sons seem to disappear from the records - I suspect they emigrated. In one case, Alan Kellond, there is good evidence that he did - like his Kellond uncles, he went to Australia.

    Robert Kellond mentioned all of his children who were still living and in England when he wrote his will except for Hannah. The reason for this is unknown but I speculate as to possibilities.
