Although not living at Urgles in 1911, he was living in Clearbrook, about 1.5 miles from Urgles, but probably no more than a mile across country, and his occupation was shown as 'Farmer's son working on farm', clearly implying that he was working at Urgles, and that is where he appears to have remained until he died.

By 1911 Mark and Annie had had 4 children, one of whom had died.
Looking for the chldren of a Williams - Evans marriage after 1911 is not the easiest, but I suspect some or all of the 5 such children whose births were registered in Tavistock Reg District 1912 to 1929 were Mark and Annie's.
