    Notes 
    • I think Simon was probably the son of one of three brothers Richard (bapt 1762, id 11237), Walter (bapt 1760, id 11233) or (less likely, due to family moving from Sheepstor) James (bapt 1776, id 10924) but I don't know which.
      I think he was most likely the son of Richard, due to the name of his 3rd son being Richard, with no Walter, and since I know of sons of Richard bapt in 1803 and 1809 but not inbetween.
