      Two Richards bapt in Meavy in 1793, but Richard and Anne named a dau Martha Moses and this Richard had had a sister Martha and his mother's maiden name was Moses, so it seemed most likely that its this one here that married Anne.
      However, since Anne was also a Moses, if Martha was a Moses family name then it could be the other Richard.
