  	Probably in Devon or in Cornwall. Far too many William Williams to have any idea which might be Rebecca's husband. If he had no middle name and died at St. Blazey, where the family were living at the time of the 1851 census, or elsewhere in the St. Austell Registration District, there were deaths registered that could have been him in 1852,53,55,56 and 61; if he had a 2nd Christian name there were others that could be him whose deaths were registered in 1855,57,58,59 and 60. But the family could easily have moved or he could have died away from home, meaning many, many more death registrations could be his.
