      I assume this marriage is the second marriage of this Charles, both because apart from this Charles no other Charles Hambling appears to have been born in Devon since 1852, and no other Charles Js anywhere, and the only J Charles were one born 1864 and another, John Charles, in Portsmouth RD in 1909 is not likely to have married in 1979.
