The CCEd website shows Thomas Putt's appointment but does not show Charles', although it covers events up to 1835.Charles was the second longest serving, his term of 51 years only being exceeded by William Palmer (the younger - like Charles he was following in his grandfather's footsteps) who was Rector from 1726-1785.
