      No burial for Margaret found in Marden. In Goudhurst there is one Grigsby baptism in the C19th and 2 burials, but the only other entry for the surname (in the KFHS transcribed data) is a burial in 1757 of "The Widow Grisby". I suspect that in old age, or possibly just as a result of being widowed,  Margaret needed support under the poor law and had to move to where she had acquired a right of settlement from her husband.
      (Goudhurst supplied Marden with a settlement certificate for Matthew and his wife in 1700 soon after they married; in the 32 years to his death he may well have done nothing to gain a right of settlement in Marden)

      Another possibility for this 'stray' Grigsby event in Goudhurst is that she could have had a married daughter living there who she went to live with.
