A common name, but the probate calendar entry for a Horace Taylor of a similar age to Ivy Keeling née Gotham has the same home address as that which was her first husband's when he died, showing it was almost certainly that Horace. The death from the calendar entry points to a death registration index entry with a date of birth, and whilst there were several Horace Taylors whose birth registration could be for that dob, this is the only one in Staffordshire (and a likely part of Staffordshire at that).

Given that the 1911 census shows that they did have a son Horace of the same age as the Horace on this tree (husband of Ivy Gotham) then I think it reasonable to assume that they were the parents of this Horace.

Other Taylors with a mother's maiden name of Hancock had births registered in Wolstanton RD around the same time, but the 1911 census shows that Horace and Florence had only had 4 children, all still living. It would not be safe to assign any born after the 1911 census to them without other evidence.
