Gender Female Died 27 Nov 1733 - According to a recording of the MI on which Ann is commemorated she died 27 Nov 1733; clearly this cannot be if the burial register is correct. I guess a 1 could be mis-read as a 7, and the year either mis-read or wrong on the monument, if it was erected sometime later. It seems unlikely the PR is wrong in the year at least, it does not appear to be a transcript written up years later.

Family Mr. John SLADDEN, Gent., b. Abt 1661, d. 1 Aug 1740 (Age ~ 79 years) Married 1690 St. Alphege’s Church, Canterbury, Kent, England - John's wife's Christian name from MI; although the ages in the licence don't quite agree with the date of John's baptism and Ann's age as given on the monument (both appear to have reduced their age a couple of years) I think this must be the marriage of this couple. The bride's Christian name is right and John described as 'of Great Mongeham'.
