    Notes:

    Birth:
    When was Richard born? Baptism not in KFHS transcripts for Canterbury, nor on FMP transcripts (as at 2 Mar 2013)
    One possible reason for not finding his baptism is that he was born before his parents married, but no baptism of a Richard Lemar was found either.
    - a Richard junior as well as Richard senior is in Canterbury poll book of 1832, suggesting he had reached 21, so was born no later than 1811;
    - rounded down age 30 in 1841 census (b 1806-11)
    - 41 in 1851 census (b 1809-10)
    - 50 in 1861 census (b 1810-11)
    - 59 in 1871 census (b 1811-12)
    - 74 in 1881 census (b 1806-07)
    - 71 in dth registration in 1883 (b 1811-12)
    From the above 1811 would seem the most likely.

    Only burial for a David on the Canterbury burial index to fit this one, though I have the impression that there were quite a few Davids, I need to check if it could be for one of the others (no descriptions at this time to help, i.e. non shown as 'son of', 'householder' etc.).

    Cant bur index (KFHS CD 17)

    I could have switched this Martha and her granddaughter, though a baby dying fairly soon after birth and an older person dying in the middle of winter seem the most likely.
