A closer view of the 2 Inman headstones
Probably taken in 1931 or soon after - I suspect the mound on the left indicates a recent burial, and I suspect this was of my great grandfather John Inman whose name was subsequently added to the stone.
The photos were amongst those of my Goatham grandparents, who had a camera from the 1920s, and what more natural than that they should take a photo of my grandmother's father's grave (also her grandparents, though she would not have known her grandmother and may not have known her grandfather well)

St. John the Baptist Churchyard, Knaresborough, Knaresborough, Yorkshire, England
