The Workhouse, Maidstone, Kent, England
Notes:
The flag is where the workhouse built in Maidstone in 1720 is believed to have stood; it was demolished in 1842 when the Baptist Church was built there.
However, another workhouse was built in Maidstone in 1771, so I don't know which Edward Whitehead was born in.
