Name William HUNT Relationship with Teresa Ann GOATHAM Born Abt 1768 - From age given as 9 in removal details (KFHS index - CD 11)
Baptised 1 May 1768 All Saints’ Church, Maidstone, Kent, England [1] - I suspect the baptism was this William as the parents had no other children here, neither were they married here, so he fits as part of a family who lived elsewhere.
Gender Male Occupation 1813 Teynham, Kent, England [2] Carpenter Buried 21 Jan 1832 St. Mary’s Church, Teynham, Kent, England [3] Siblings 3 brothers and 2 sisters Patriarch & Matriarch John HUNT, b. Est 1665, d. Yes, date unknown (Great Grandfather)
Mary TILLY, bur. 31 Mar 1801, St. Mary’s Church, Teynham, Kent, England (Mother)Notes - Were all the children shown as children of this William and Sarah actaully theirs?
Although there weren't a lot of Hunts in Teynham around this time judging from subsequent burials there was clearly a similarly aged William and Sarah (though not necessarily a couple).
The child who fits least well as the son of this Wm and Sarah is the William bapt 1805 (and born between Jan and March that year judging from the age given at his burial). It was unusual (though not unheard of) for a couple to given the name of a living child to another. In adddition, although the Wm born 1805 survived infancy another child was born about a year later (the bapt dates of other events in consecutive years suggest at least 17 or 18 months between conceptions).
In 1790 one Mary Birthright gave birth to an illegitimate son who she named William Hunt BIRTHRIGHT. Which William Hunt was (or was Mary accusing of being) the father?

Father John HUNT, b. 1738, bur. 27 Apr 1810, St. Mary’s Church, Teynham, Kent, England (Age ~ 72 years) Mother Mary TILLY, bur. 31 Mar 1801, St. Mary’s Church, Teynham, Kent, England Married 26 Jan 1761 Ss. Peter and Paul’s Church, Boughton under Blean, Kent, England - From PR entry (image on FMP, viewed 17 Apr 2018)
Shows John Hunt of Feversham Batchelor married Mary Tilly 'otp' Spinster, married by Licence, both signed.
Witnesses John Frederick Johnson and Henry Tilly both also signed.
I think this is probably the marriage of this John. The date is a likely one, giving the birth of their first known child, and the fact he was of Faversham makes it likely, given that that appears to be where they lived after marriage.
(An Eleanor was buried in 1787 described as "wife of John", b c 1737 from age given - had John been widowed and remarried? No, it is clear there were 2 different Johns - the marr of widow John to widower Eleanor was in 1771; the removal of John and Mary and family was in 1778!)
Other possibilities
Possibly the marriage on 20 Nov 1765 at St Margaret's Church in Canterbury (on FamilySearch website). The 'Mary' of that couple was Mary Cullen. The finding of the settlement certificate suggests, though, they were married by 1762.
More likely the John Hunt who married Mary Fry at Sutton Valence on 30 Dec 1760:
HUNT John Ba of Minster to FRY, Mary Sp otp, by Licence; witnesses: ? and R Norwood (witness to many -probably parish clerk)
The John who married Mary Fry was of Minster. I think this probably means Minster in Sheppey - about 16 miles from Lenham, while the Thanet Minster is 30 miles; also, Minster in Thanet is a small village, Minster in Sheppey was a town with a thriving ship-building industry. Not the most obvious place for a wheelwright to work, but I think it likely John could have found work there. It is quite some distance from Sutton Valence, while the latter is near Lenham, so he probably knew Mary before moving to Minster.
It would be likely that John and Mary would return to Minster to live after the marriage. Are there any children baptised for a John and Mary in Minster? There are several in the 1770s (1770, 1775 and 1777). The 10 year gap between the marriage and the first of these suggest it was probably a different couple, though it could have been that they had other children elsewhere.
Children of this couple from removal order (KFHS index - CD 11) and settlement certificate (CCA catalogue)

Family Sarah AUSTEN, bap. 17 Nov 1769, St. Giles’ Church, Tonge, Kent, England , d. Sep Q 1843, Ashford, Kent, England (Age ~ 73 years) Married 5 Jul 1790 St. Giles’ Church, Tonge, Kent, England - There was a marriage oa a William Hunt to a Sarah in Thurnham in 1788 but there were baptisms of children of William and Sarah Hunt following this (5 children, 1791-1797), so it seems clear this was a different couple.
Probably the William Hunt who married Sarah Austen in Tonge on 5 Jul 1790 (transcribed data on FamilySearch)

There was also a burial of a William Hunt in 1824, age given as 60 but as the 1832 death has an age which fits better with the age of William given on the removal order when he was 9 I believe the burial shown is the burial of this William.
