- From PR entry (image on FMP, viewed 18 Mar 2020)
"May 2d Secundo Die Maii, Nicholas Tayler et Elizabetha Catt, Ambo de Hedcorne, nuptial contratiebant."
('Ambo de Hedcorne' indicates that both of them were of Headcorn at the time of the marriage)
One entry on FamilySearch, from BTs or ATs shows Elizabeth as a widow. An Elizabeth KNIGHT married Thomas CATT in Headcorn in 1668, and a Thomas CATT was buried there in 1675, so it seems likely that Elizabeth was born Elizabeth KNIGHT - more research to be done.
Whilst I show this marriage as of Nicholas, son of Nicholas and Frances, it could be a subsequent marriage of the Nicholas who had been married to Frances.
** at present I have not seen burials in Hollingbourne, even in transcript form - one or more of the children of Nicholas and Frances might have died in infancy **
