    • Although her husband left "my Howse and Land wherein I now dwell", which was not doubt Sibbell's home too, to his two sons from his marriage to Sibbell, it was only to be divided in two after her death, the clear implication being that she should go on living there.
      In addition, that which remained after paying out the other legacies, debts and funeral expenses was to be divided between William's executors, i.e. Sibbell and her oldest son, Thomas "for there parte and paines".
