  	From PR entry (image on FMP, viewed 25 Nov 2015) "March 4 Elisabeth daughter of Richard Gotham was baptised" - followed by 1571 in the right margin. The register appears to be transcribed, presumably c. 1598 following the act which required the parish to purchase parchment registers and to copy the earlier paper register into it. The style of writing is consistent with such a date, it is clearly not a post-1752 transcript. However, the entries for baptisms alongside the date 1571 go from 4 March to the following February. Not quite consistent with either OS or NS calendar. The blocks of baptisms etc. are slightly muddled like this, but mainly inline with the New Style calendar i.e. with the year go from Jan to Dec. (Although named New Style, it was actually bringing back an older start of the year, and in line with when New Year's celebrations always took place) Hence I think the year of the baptism was 1570/71.
