Whilst David gave his age accurately when he married, he had added 5 years by the time of the 1851 census, and I think this burial which shows him as an additional 3 years older is his. It also fits place and date wise with the death registration here, although that shows him as 10 years younger. There is no sign of either a death registration or burial in this part of England that could be his.
