This register entry only gives limited details - the couples names, ages and the date of the marriage. The names are repeated in the signature fields, but in the same hand, i.e. they are just a copy of what was signed. Whether there was a registrar present who was not the Minister, and this was a copy for church purposes, or maybe each Chapel had it's own registers and this was a copy for the circuit, I don't know.
