I haven't spotted what became of this couple. I wonder if it could be that the grooms name should be Solomon, but on the other hand Sleeman is a common local surname, and it could be that used as a Christian name.
Not the Solomon have children in Shaugh Prior in the 1720s and 1730s - his wife was named as Jane both before and after 1727.
