There is no birth registration which would fit with a birth in Newington next Hythe, but the following fits with a birth in Newington next Sittingbourne (near Sittingbourbe is in any case far more likely given that she married in Milton RD).

(The birth of another Emma Elizabeth BAKER was registerd in q2 1881, mother's maiden name Ashby. This could fit possible if her age was slightly wrong in the 1911 census. However, looking at both in the 1891 census we find only one born Newington. She was the daughter of Charles and Margaret A., and the marriage registration index shows that Charles John Baker married Margaret Ann Hollands in Hollngbourn RD in 1880. The other Emma E Baker was shown as born Sittingbourne, daughter of George and Emma S Baker. A little research confirms the Sittingbourne-born Emma's mother had the maiden name Ashby, although she married George as Emma Sarah Baker, the widow of Henry Baker.)
