Died Between 1638 and 1641 - Probably in 1639 or 1640, for which years the BTs don't survive.
When his daughter Thomasine married in 1638 she was shown as daughter of Symon; when his (assumed) daughter Amy married in 1641 she was shown as daughter of Agnes, wid.
It is possible that Amy's mother was a different Agnes, but Symon did not sigh the 1641 protestation oath, and it is said of Sheepstor:
"none in our parish refusinge it".
(it is possible that when Thomasine married her late father was being named but it seems unlikely from the wording)

Family Agnes, b. Est 1585, d. Aft 1641 (Age ~ 57 years) Married Est 1610 - Estimated assuming Johane was the eldest child, though of course there could be others records of whose baptisms don't survive. Given Symon and Agnes were still having children in 1630 they are not likely to have married much earlier, unlikely before 1605.
The large gap between the baptisms of Susan and of Symon is probably simply explained by the absence of evidence. The PRs for Sheepstor do not survive for this period, and the only BTs between 1618 and 1630 are those for 1619 and 1620.
