"June: 15. Daniel Pilchly of Catherine Goatham, by a Licence"

The 5 children appear to be children of one couple given the spacing and the first being baptised about 15 months after Daniel and Catherine married - except for one thing. For the first 3 the mother's name is given as Mary. However, there is no marriage of Daniel to a Mary that I can find, and it would be a coincidence if there were another couple that Daniel and Mary had no children before 1691, none after 1694 and only after that do Daniel and Katherine start having children. It seems more likely that Katherine was being mis-recorded as Mary.
