Baptisms for Widecombe for late 1582 - end 1599 appear to be missing, so William an Elizabeth may have had more children baptised there. However, there is no sign of William or Elizabeth being buried in Widecombe, so they appear to have left the parish. I have not found them buried elsewhere, looking at the FMP index (as at 15 Aug 2020), but quite a no. of  PRs do not go back this far; also, they could have moved to a parish not on FMP.
