with Teresa Ann GOATHAM Born Est 1580 - From the point of view of adding Mary to the Gotham One-Name Study I am assigning her the surname Gotham as though it were her maiden name, and am guessing she was quite young.
Without further information, though, it is possible that it was a married name. She could have found work as John Bonde's servant as a widow.
