"Mary the daughter of Thomas Cadee[?] baptized the viii day of September"
The writer has quite unusual Cs, similar to Ls. Seeing which it is at the start of the surname is obscured by lines overlapping, but it looks as though the name is most likely Cadee.
(The transcribers for the Devon and Cornwall Record Society PR transcriptions thought it was Cade).
Although the earliest surviving BTs for Stokeinteignhead are from 1606, there appear to be none between 1620 and 1633 so we can't use them to clarify.

No other baptisms of a Mary Cade in Stokeinteignhead whose marriage this was likely to be, if Mary was a spinster at marriage. I have not tried to work out if there was a widow whose marriage it could be, and whilst there is no obvious baptism of a Mary Cade in the parishes nearby in the index on FMP by no means all PRs survive for this date, and some nearby parishes are not on FMP.
