  Born	From the 1841 census where shown as aged 4 - clearly he was older if the baptism was his, but a couple of siblings ages seem a bit out too. However, the baptism entry is a bit puzzling. It would make far more sense if it was for 1836. Looking back a few pages (there are several per month) each says 1835, and the change from Dec to Jan is shown as 1834 to 1835. However: 1. the date suggested by the 1841 and 1851 censuses is 1837; 2. the baptism seems too soon after the baptism of another son Frederick, although of course the earlier one could have been baptised when older than this one. 3. The only burial found so far is for a one year old buried in July 1835. This suggests it was for the one baptised in 1834, but means this one was given the name Frederick when he had a brother with the name living; very unusual by this period. Possibly: there is a burial missing for the Frederick baptised in 1834; this Frederick was 1 by July; there is a baptism missing for a third son of Wm and Sarah called Frederick. (Note: by missing I simply mean that I have not discovered, not that they do not exist or did not occur)
