- From the 1911 census where shown as aged 44 and the 1891 where shown as aged 25 (though shown as aged 32 in the 1901 census). 1866 seems most likely as:
1. she recorded the 1911 data herself, so it is more likely correct,
2. she is more likely to have understated her age than overstated it,
3. there is a death with an age suggesting born 1865 or 6, but no likely one seen for a birth about 1868.
