Witnesses were usually young family members, e.g. siblings rather than parents, but Henry was one of her mother's younger brothers, aged about 28 at the time of the marriage. (He could though have been a cousin; some of her mother's 12 brothers could have had sons old enough. I have not researched (and have no plans to research) their families.)
