    • From the 1861 census where shown as born Chelwyn aged 36; shown as born Pickstock in the 1851 census. Pickstock is a hamlet in Chetwynd parish, so I assume that the place in the 1861 census should have said Chetwynd; the family were by then in Stoke on Trent so the ennumerator is unlikely to have known the parish.
