(There appear to have been no other Eliza Copelands born in Hanbury that could be this one, and the name of the father of the one born in 1838 does match that of this Eliza)

This couple had at least 14 children (those with them in the 1871-1891 censuses), but rather on the edge of this tree, so at the moment I have just added the two of most interest.
