    • I suspect that the following is the death of this George, who was not with his parents in the 1891 census.
      GRO ref: Johnson, George q4 1889 aged 2 W. Derby RD 8b 313
      His parents were back in Liverpool, in W Derby RD, by the time their daughter Gertrude was born in 1890 so quite likely there by late 1889.
      However, George Johnson was too common a name to be sure without further evidence (includinge two George Johnsons born in W Derby RD in Sep Q 1887 who would also have been aged 2 at the time of this death)
      It is possible, though, that George had not died but was with other relations in the 1891 census, with such a common surname and living in a city it is hard to be sure.
